We are opening applications for our busy doggy daycare and boarding facility! This is a high-energy, physically demanding, and sensory-rich environment. We need team members who thrive under pressure, possess sharp situational awareness, and aren't afraid of hard work.

Available Positions

• Dog Handling Staff: Requires sharp critical thinking, the ability to read subtle canine body language in real-time, and quick reflexes in a dynamic group environment. Previous experience required.

• Housekeeping & Operations Staff: No prior dog handling experience required. This vital role focuses on facility maintenance, sanitation, and behind-the-scenes care—working for the dogs rather than managing group play directly. Note: All prospective dog handlers must start in Operations Staff and complete our step-by-step training process before transitioning into group play and direct dog handling.

• Positions pay are $18 -$22 depending on experience. Fast-Track Pay Raises: We strongly value and reward dedicated employees. Motivated workers who demonstrate consistent reliability, dependability, and strong performance earn pay increases quickly.

• We are a 24-hour facility, open 7 days a week, 363 days a year.

Position Requirements

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.

• Availability: Minimum of 2 full days per week required for part-time schedules. Full-Time positions available.

• Multitasking & Pace: Ability to handle high-stress, rapid multitasking in a loud, fast-moving setting.

• Aptitude & Focus: Strong critical thinking skills, high spatial awareness, and the ability to process multiple sensory inputs simultaneously to maintain a safe environment.

• Physical & Mental Readiness: Ability to stand, move, lift, and remain alert for long shifts. We work outside in the rain, snow, wind and sun.

• Safety Awareness: Working around animals carries inherent risks, including the potential for dog bites or physical stress. Team members must be comfortable operating safely in a high-risk environment.

• Substance-Free Standard: We maintain a strict Drug-Free Workplace. Candidates must be clear of substance abuse and fully unimpaired to ensure safety. Pre-employment screening may be required.
