Personalized Dog Training Services at K9 Haven Buena Vista
We are dedicated to offering excellent dog training for you and your pet. Our personalized K9 Training approach at K9 Haven Buena Vista, CO ensures your dog gets the attention they need. Puppy Training is also available during Doggie daycare, or you can choose to train while your dog boards with us. Plus, we provide a follow-up Dog training session at your home!
DOG TRAINING NOW AVAILABLE!
Our program offers comprehensive positive reinforcement training in basic obedience, available during daycare and boarding from Monday through Thursday. You can drop off your dog as early as 7 AM and pick up as late as 7 PM. Training classes run from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, featuring both individual and group sessions.
Here’s what we'll teach your dog: Sit and Stay, Recall (Come When Called), Place, Leave It and Drop It, Basic Manners and Socialization
Basic Manners and Socialization: Your dog will learn essential manners such as polite greetings, waiting patiently, and appropriate behavior in various settings. Socialization will focus on positive interactions with other dogs and people, reducing anxiety in new environments, and building confidence.
Each week includes a personalized one-hour follow-up training session at your home, scheduled directly with our trainer. This helps reinforce the skills learned and ensures a smooth transition to your home environment. We suggest scheduling these sessions before the weekend, allowing time to complete any homework before the following week. Please note, home locations outside of Buena Vista may incur an additional travel fee.
